Since being married, we have traveled to CA 3 times as a family and never gone to the beach. We ALMOST made it to the beach when we were there last April, but found ourselves in the parking lot having to turn around before actually setting foot in the sand. So we were determined to make it happen this time and were able to make a small event of it with my sister, sister-in-law, nieces and nephews. The weather was amazing, especially for December. It was a pleasure to see Leah experience the beach for the first time.
