Leah LOVES her little brother and often smothers him with her hugs and kisses - and most often she's pretty gentle about it...
During this particular cuddle session, Dave took away her pacifier to see if she'd give Dallin a few kisses. |
Things seemed fine at first... |
Then went downhill very quickly! |
Dallin didn't like it too much :( |
Mom and Dad stepped in before relationships were permanently damaged.
P.S. This whole pacifier thing has been a bit of a struggle for Leah. Before Dallin came along, she only had a pacifier to sleep with, but now she sees him with one, and wants it. She's always stealing it - and you know from the way she grabs it, sticks it in her mouth and takes off at light speed that she KNOWS she shouldn't be doing it! - and she's reacting more negatively than usual when we take it away. We love our pacifier bandit.
(To Leah's credit, sometimes she'll generously offer it back to Dallin - though the offer is sometimes made to his nose or eye rather than his mouth)

These pictures are so cute! "Overloving" has been a problem in our house as well. Dallin will adore her regardless as he gets older though, even if she steals his pacifier :). Isaac pretty much laughs anytime his sisters enter the room and follows them around just to see what they're doing.
ReplyDeleteHilarious. She'll figure it out and he'll forget she was so rough with him someday! :)
ReplyDeletelove it!
