Grammy and Grandad's visit...and a trip to Annapolis

My mom and dad were able to spend a week and a half with us shortly after Dallin was born and I was so sad to see them go when it was over (I might have shed a few tears over it).  It was so nice to have family with us for awhile (we feel so far from family!), and a wonderful blessing to have their help for a little while.  Love you, Mom and Dad!

Leah LOVED playing with her Grandad - especially since he let her play with his iphone and look at his camera.  He also did a lot of "horsie" rides with her...she'd get so that she'd start bouncing up and down when she'd see him in anticipation of those rides!

Just excited to get out of the house - she'd been cooped up a lot the last week and a half.

Lunch at an Italian restaurant provided a good rest for all of us

More fun with Grandad!

Grammy and Little Man

He slept through pretty much his entire first outing.  We never even got a picture of his very location-appropriate clothes - stripes in the naval colors, plus a red crab on his little bottom! (1 1/2 weeks old)

Family picture at the harbor (Dallin is in this picture, you just can't see him!)

Naval Academy gymnasium

I get excited anytime I see "628" :)

It was a little more work pushing the stroller with two babies in it. So glad Dave was there to do it!

We might have liked the whole Naval Academy sign in the picture, but you can only ask a stranger to take your picture so many times.

It was a fun outing - I think we all felt like this by the time it was over!
